MVCS does not provide transportation for students. Parents must to get their children to and from classes each day. Students with a driver’s license are allowed to drive themselves; please review parking lot safety with them.
Drop off children at the front door so they aren’t crossing the parking lot by themselves.
Students may arrive up to 10 minutes before class begins and should go straight to their classrooms.
Students will be outside at the front door with their teachers waiting for you to pick them up at 2:00 on Mondays, 11:30 on Wednesdays, and 3:00 on Fridays.
Please don't arrive more than 5 minutes early and/or be prepared to circle around if your student is not released from class yet. Please allow parents to merge back into the line if they have to circle around.
Pull all the way forward to just past the front door as you wait; move on when done to allow others to move up.
MVCS staff are NOT allowed to run your child across the parking lot to your car. If you park, please come in to get your child. If you want to come in and pick up your child, please park in the lot in spots that are not directly outside of the front door.
Use one lane rather than pulling around multiple cars.
Refrain from using a cell phone while in the car line.
If you need to visit with your child's teacher, please park and come talk on the sidewalk rather than hold up the line of cars.
Watch carefully for children and drive slowly.
