Board members are responsible for overall oversight of the school including such things as the strategic plan, policy, finance, and Director evaluation. The administrative team manages the day-to-day operations of the school including scheduling, human resources, curriculum, and specific parent or student issues. Directing your concern to the correct person will facilitate getting a timely response.
