Before deciding to exit a student to another local school option, have you worked with you child’s teachers or other staff to solve any problems your child is having at school?

When you’re ready to go
If you’re sure you’re ready to go, click HERE to fill out our exit form. Your child’s records WILL NOT be released to another school until this form has been received by MVCS. We need to have authorization to do this.
